Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

About the Role:
The is a desk based role that will see achieve the following:
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Entering sales orders
  • Offer solutions and update them with their order status
  • Providing support to the sales team in preparing proposals, managing customer interactions, and making appointments etc
  • Admin including inputting client details into CRM
  • Work closely with the sales teams to ensure success
About You:
  • Knowledge of NetSuite would be super helpful
  • Accurate admin and high standard of work
  • Solution-oriented approach to problems
  • Professional with awesome phone manners
  • Positive and always wanting to improve
